Jane.
After a successful teaching career, Jane
took an MBA in Finance and became a research consultant at
City University Business School. After
in, inter alia, Big Six accounting firms, the CIPD and the
DfEE, she became an independent consultant.
She provides the range of services normally
associated with a business psychologist and has recently included
executive coaching, an increasingly popular choice for executives
in many diverse organisations.
Other services include providing recruitment
and selection solutions, management development, performance
appraisal systems and PDRs, and interpersonal effectiveness
training.

Peter.
After 22 years of service with BT, serving
most of this time in London's West End, Peter left to work
on the installation and commissioning of the communications
at Eurotunnel, during the last phase of construction and for
the first 4 years of operation.
At BT he was both DATEC and Transmission
Efficiency Officer. The combined roles ensured the integrity
of all major clients' private networks in the West End.
As an independent consultant working at
the leading edge of communications technology at ,
his team was responsible for ensuring the failsafe running
of all the communications systems.
He then moved on to work in
UK with a brief to
increase the video conferencing success rate from 82% to a
target of 95%.
